Salon Policies

We ask that appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. After more than two late cancellations, 50% of the total services booked will be charged. We offer a 9-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the services booked, and after two, you will no longer be able to book with us.

We direct all appointments through our online booking site, where you can easily see our most up-to-date availability and choose the day and time that works best for you. A card is required on file to reserve your appointment, but no deposit is held at the time of booking. We always recommend pre-booking your next appointment, as we are appointment only and tend to fill up quickly.

We want you to love your results, and we always want you to feel comfortable coming to us if you don’t. We’re human — if we missed a spot or something doesn’t feel quite right, please tell us. Our door is always open to your feedback and the opportunity to make it right. Complimentary touch-ups are available within three days of your original appointment.

Your period doesn’t mean you need to cancel. Brazilian and bikini waxing can still be performed during your cycle; we just ask that you arrive with a fresh tampon or menstrual cup in place.

Please also let us know about any medications, topical skincare, recent treatments, sunburn, irritation, or other skin concerns that could affect your service.
